Even so, a deep appreciation of these complexities, whilst bringing us to an awareness of what can be done, also serve to show how little we can do, how mysterious the balances remain to us. Challenging Perceptions

Most of us have experienced the same reactions when we talk to people about prayer.  Prayer is boring.  Prayer is great for old people, but I'm young.  I pray when I need God.

How can we change those perceptions?  What can we show people to challenge them?  How can we mobilize people to pray when they don't see the need?
